Asthma & Allergies

I started running consistently in October. And throughout the past months, I have increased my endurance, my speed, and my strength. Of course all of this was in crisp, clean air. An easy run for me was about 5 or 6 miles a month ago.
Now that the weather has started to heat up, it has become more humid, and pollen is increasing, I am having so much difficulty running. I have trouble running a mile and a half without having at least 1 asthma attack, and feeling like my throat is going to close up. I feel like all of my efforts and hardwork mean nothing and now I have to start from the beginning. It is so frustrating.
Today, my throat felt like it was about half the size as normal, and my lungs seemed to be working very poorly, and my nose was running...so I had to take a break about every mile. I had to push myself harder than ever, and I only ended up running 3 miles.

I hate asthma and allergies.
